We are very proud of our reputation for fast response, friendly service, and timely issue resolution. However, as our business has grown, so has our need a for a set of tools more specific to managing customer relationships.
Does this mean that we are going to stop answering emails or the phone? Absolutely not! Rather, all types (including email and phone) of incoming questions will be tracked via Zendesk and Jira. These tools are better suited than email and voice-mail for tracking customer queries through our entire team. They add accountability and assist us in providing quick resolution, as well as allowing our customers to stay on top of what we are doing to help.
We hope you find our new portal helpful. Please take some time to look around our forums. You may find information that you didn't previously know that you might find useful.
