When is the short outage?

Our Customer Support Portal will have a scheduled outage on:

  • (Pacific Time) Saturday, September 18th from 10:00 to 12:00 Pacific Time
  • (GMT+0 Time) Saturday, September 18th 17:00 to 19:00 GMT

Can I still submit tickets via email

Yes!!! If you submit a ticket via email at support@solidstatenetworks.zendesk.com our portal will store the email and process your ticket as soon as the service resumes
